Article Marketing Automation Review: Proven System for Success Online

It has been a little time since the debut of Article Marketing Automation and I have to say, I am impressed at this service since I joined 2 months back.

Below you will read a completely honest Article Marketing Automation review of this service.

The super SEO team over at PLRPro, Marc Lindsay and Daniel Turner have launched Article Marketing Automation as their new article marketing free ( and paid ) service directed at helping blog owners earn earnings with their article promotion.

Allow me to explain…

What this service does is basically drips related content ( that you select ) in infrequent intervals into your blog for your dominating niche.  As a free member, you can create an account and add your blog into the network to accept these articles.  You’ve read the last statement in the right way.  You can actually sign on to ArticleMarketingAutomation.com at no obligation and include your blog right away.

To add your blog into their network is kid’s play.

- you log into your blog and register a new user as a writer in your settings.  Writer is the best option to choose as you do not want to give anyone else director access to your blog for security / fiddling reasons

- in the AMA interface, enter the category of your blog, URL, the user login testimonials you created as writer in your blog, click Add and you’re done

You may either choose to approve every article that’s queued for your blog or have them automatically accepted for publication.  I chose the second, as I have a few blogs of mine setup in the network, and manually accepting each article that comes along can be a very unlikely task after a while.

Though I must tell youthe meat of this system is in the seo article writing and submitting your articles to drip into other blogs in the network.  You may either select the number of blogs to accept your article, or leave an unlimited amount for all blogs to accept them at will.  You are able to add up to three different links into each article.  This is an absolutely massive addition to this service.  As an exampleI submitted an article into the AMA system 3 days gone with two anchor text links embedded in the article.  So far, up to this writing, the article has been accepted and posted by twenty-two blog owners.  Since I have 3 links in the article, that works out to 66 added links pointing to my internet site on my chosen keywords in only 3 days!  These are natural white hat links that’s's giving me high rankings in the search engines.  I’m already in the middle of page 2 in Google for my chosen keywords, and receiving traffic!  Of course, this is where you’ll have to join and become a member of ArticleMarketingAutomation.com to receive the seo article writing submission benefits.

So why is it worth it for you to join?

In a nutshell, Google and other search engines love content and many related links pointing to your internet sites.  Daily addition of new fresh content is great in it’s own right, but that will only bring some traffic to your sites.  The trick in receiving monster traffic to your internet site is in submitting articles with anchor text links in them, making the most of your link building over time with many related links pointing to your blog.  This service is essentially a set-it-and-forget-it system, with all of the difficult work being completed in the background, leaving you to concentrate on other jobs.

In this recent poll (16th May 2009), all articles in AMA were found that they ranked for their targeted keywords like such:

* 10% held a #1 Position
* 41% held a 1st Page Position
* 20% held a 2nd Page Position
* 10% held a 3rd Page Position
* 29% held a top 40-100 Position

At the least sign up to Article Marketing Automation for free and try this service out for yourself.  Though, if you want to earn a substantial amount of income with your website then I advise that you try their article promotion system.  I am sure you may agree that it was easily worth it.

Balloon Arch Sculptor Lets Trade Secrets Slip

Introduction

No matter what the type of event, the use of balloons always brings colour and decoration to the venue or room. Whether it is a special event, such as a birthday celebration, wedding anniversary, corporate event or even a dinner function, the addition of balloons will make an impact. The party hosts or organisers of the event may wish to create a wow factor for the guests attending. There are so many different functions and organisers want to create that wow factor to ensure that it is their event that is to be remembered. There are other ‘wow’ ideas such as ice sculptures or huge displays of flowers or drapes of fabric, all of which create an impression that the guests will remember. To really make an impression, one novel idea is to make a Balloon Arch or Balloon sculpture. Balloons, in their various bright colours can be used to form decorative and impressive looking displays. The eye-catching strucures will make an terrific impact at any event. Balloon arches will compliment many events, whether it is a birthday, wedding, dinner or a special celebration.

I am actually involved in a junior football club and at the end of each season, the Club hosts a presentation event for all the players who range from 7 years of age through to 18, and their parents. The club colours are blue and white and we have decked out the venue with blue and white balloons in the past to great effect.

Most of us, myself included will blow up the token dozen or so balloons for my own children’s birthday parties at home. Well, it is only the family coming round after all! So, unless you really have the desire for creating balloon arches or sculptures, and let’s be honest many of us do not, it would make sense to employ a company is capable of creating a balloon arch or sculpture. Professional balloon decorators can be employed to create an eye catching arch. The decorators will from experience have an eye in selecting the right choice of colour or combination of colours to create a stunning effect. The huge selection of many balloon colours means that the colour coordination options are endless. Balloons area available in basic colours, with pearl shine or metallic finishes, which when put together creatively, will add to any venue, decor or room you have chosen. Whether the room is large or small, the effect will be stunning.

The big advantage of using professional balloon party decorators of course is that they almost instinctively know how to produce a balloon arch. It is important to measure the exact amount of helium to be used in each balloon to achieve the perfect size for the desired results. Electronic monitoring equipment is used to achieve the correct levels of helium. Too much and all the balloons would drift off to the ceiling.

For larger venues, where you will have to decorate a number of tables, a simple balloon or two on each table will create a nice colourful decoration to the room.

So you want to become a balloon sculptor to create a balloon arch for your own event? Well it’s not as difficult as you may think. Like anything, as long you buy the right materials, have a little patience and perhaps an eye for creativity, then by following some step by step instructions, you have every chance of making a successful balloon arch. So, here we go. How to build a Balloon Arch.

What Materials do I need?

A number of Latex Balloons. How many exactly will depend on the size of the arch required, Nylon Line, similar to that used as fishing line. Two weights to hold the balloons down, a Balloon Sizer to measure the size of each balloon, Curling Ribbon for the finishing touches, and a Helium canister to blow the balloons up. No, you don’t have to blow each balloon up with your own breath!

Step 1

Start by calculating the length of nylon line required using the formula below. Cut the line to the appropriate, length required.

• Formula to calculate the Arch length. If the arch is wider than it is tall: Height + Width = approximate total length

• If the arch height and width are about the same: (1.5 x Height) + Width = approximate total length
• If the arch is taller than it is wide: (2 x Height) + Width = approximate total length

Step 2

Tie both ends to something heavy such as the back of a chair to hold the line in position while you work.

Step 3

Fill the balloons with helium. Use the balloon sizer to ensure that the balloons are a consistent size. If you don’t have a balloon sizer, cut out a circular template using cardboard.

Step 4

Secure the balloons on to the line. For consistency make sure that you always approach the line from the same side.

Step 5

Allow a space of approximately 12″ between each balloon. Once the balloons are tied on, they can be gently positioned to start to form the shape you want and it will be secure on the line.

Step 6

When all the balloons have been tied on to the line, release the ends of the line from where or what you tied it to. To hold the arch in place, fix a suitable weight to either end of the arch. There are decorative weights available or wrap a heavy rock in foil for decoration. It may be helpful to have another pair of hands to help at this point.

Step 7

Now add any accessories to decorate the arch such as tinsel or curling ribbon which can be allowed to drape across the balloons or hang down. If for example the arch is to be used at a wedding, maybe some tulle or net could be added to create a wedding effect.

And, that’s all there is to it. It does sound easy and it is. If you are creating a balloon arch for the first time, allow yourself a little time to build the arch. I wouldn’t have my first attempt ten minutes before the guests arrive. If you create an arch for a children’s party, bear in mind that many young children will want to take a balloon home with them afterwards, so always inflate a few single balloons for this purpose.

Who hasn’t at least once in their lifetime, sucked from a helium balloon to speak in a high pitched voice?(This is not a recommended practise though!)

Why should I use Helium Balloons?

Balloons that are inflated with helium gas are lighter than air. This means that the balloons will float upwards. How often do you see balloons from a party or event stuck to the ceiling? Or at the fairground, when a parent has spent £3.00 or so on a cartoon character balloon and the child lets the balloon drift up to the sky?

Good quality balloons and those used by professional balloon decorators are made from 100% biodegradable latex. This type of balloon is normally larger in size than those bought in most retail outlets. latex balloons filled with helium from your wholesale balloon supplier typically only retain their buoyancy for a few hours. The reason being that, the helium atoms inside the balloon are smaller in size than the pores in the balloons latex body and therefore the helium atoms escape. Should you want to increase the bouyancy of helium balloons for longer, the inside of the balloons will need to be coated with a special polymer solution to reduce the leakage of the helium.

Safety and Environmental Concerns

When you see a balloon drifting off into the distant sky, how often have you wondered how far that balloon will travel? Well, once released into the atmosphere, helium filled balloons will usually travel quite a distance before they finally burst or deflate. It is estimated that around 90/95% of balloons released will rise to an altitude of approxiamately 5 miles. At this height the dramatic fall in temperature will cause the balloon to shatter into little fragments which will float gently back to earth where they will degrade into the ground. Hence the reason that balloons are made from biodegradable latex. The latex used to manufacture balloons comes from the Hevea tree or rubber tree.

So balloons are completely biodegradable and to colour the latex non-toxic dyes are used. Through research it has been demonstrated that latex balloons degrade faster than leaves from oak trees. Oxidation occurs in the breakdown of latex and begins almost as soon as the balloon is inflated. As the balloon decays by natural exposure the nutrients contained in the latex are released into the soil. Most rubber tree plantations are in South and South East Asia.

Balloon Sculptures and Arches

Hundreds of balloons may be required for sculptures and arches. It is important to identify the space available and then calculate what is required. The height and width of the structure will be confined by the space available. Some professional balloon decorators have created some very ambitious balloon sculptures.

Balloon arches will create a lasting impression at any event. A simple single row of colourful pearl latex balloons with complementary accessories is often the most popular choice of structure. This type of display is popular at wedding receptions and is often positioned as a focal point for the couple to pass through. The single row display can be used to create a frame to outline other displays or as a photographic point.

Alternatively, this design style can be used simply to enhance a feature at the venue. To hold the arch in place, why not create a hand-made weight covered by a bow to hold the arch in position. Balloon arches don’t always have to be of a large design. A simple table decoration at special events made using smaller balloons can be just as effective.

You can also used imprinted balloons with a personal message to send to loved ones, as well as for corporate promotions.

Conclusion

Balloon arches will create a very effective and eye catching focal point at any party. The choice of balloon colours and finishing effects is unlimited , metallic balloons and therefore the design and style of balloon arch can be achieved without the need to spend lots of money . If you can develop the arch yourself, it will just require you to purchase the materials to create the effect you desire. Balloon arches are a colourful alternative to flower displays or drapes and in most cases will be much les costly in providing a centre piece at any event. Whatever your celebration, a balloon arch will give a lasting impression and reminder of your event , whether it is a birthday, special anniversary celebration, a wedding or a corporate event, your guests will be sure to leave with a memory of a colourful and decorative display of balloons.

Golf Practice Aids

What is a Golf Swing Launch Monitor?

In baseball, a speed gun similar to what police use to check on the speed of motorists is used to check the speed of a pitch. In golf, a device called a golf swing launch monitor is one of many golf practice aids used to study the swing aspect in a game.

Golf swing aids are designed to tell a golfer why the ball is flying in a certain direction after the golfer hits it with the club. With the information gathered, the golfer will know what is wrong so the appropriate changes can be made.

How it works is by compiling the data comprising of more than 100 swings made by the golfer. Professionals are not the only ones who use this data because even amateurs use this as well.

Now that these are produced by various companies, it is easy to find one when you go to a sporting goods store.

But what must the golf swing launch monitor have when you go out looking for one? It must be able to tell you the following information which includes ball speed, club head speed, face impact position, flight time, launch angle and yards off line.

But what does the information tell you exactly? Well, if your ball speed isn’t in proportion with your club head speed, this means that you are not hitting the ball as far as you want it to go. Ideally, there should be a 1:1.5 ratio between these two. In simple terms, a club head speed of 100 mph will let you make the ball travel at 150 mph.

If you think getting this number is easy, think again because most professionals are only able to hit a 1:1.4 ratio. If your numbers are way off, do your best to try and achieve this number.

Another thing to watch out for in the golf swing launch monitor is the launch angle. The lower it is the better because this will make the ball travel farther. Tiger Woods who is one of the best golfers of all time launches at 12 degrees. Should you do the same? Not necessarily but if this works for you, then why not.

There are other indicators that can tell you more about your golf swing but take note that these will cost a bit more. These devices can even tell you the average of your shots in various areas and compare them which will helpful to improve your game.

This monitor has Golf swing software that can be even be hooked up to your computer which is even better.

Of course to achieve the right angle and speed, it has a lot to do with your technique. There are other tools you can get to help you practice your golf swing like hiring a coach, practicing in front of a mirror, recording yourself and putting some of the aids on.

Will this make you play better? In most cases yes so you should consider using them if you are still not able to improve your game like you have hoped.

Years ago, there was no machine that could analyze your golf swings. We should be happy then with tools like the golf swing launch monitor because you are no longer guessing if you are doing well or not when everything can be seen in the numbers.

Origin of the Bomber Jackets

As early as World War I when airplanes had open cockpits, pilots began seeking clothing to provide warmth and comfort in the cold temperatures of the open skies.  Thus the birth of the legendary “Bomber Jacket” or “Flight Jacket” was born.

Over the years, there have been many variations from the unofficial and popular early leather flight jacket of 1915 through 1917 to later official military issue bomber jackets such as the 1931 “A2 Bomber Jacket.”

Originally, pilots and crews wore whatever they could find because no formal or official clothing was issued to handle the extreme cold and weather conditions the pilots faced in world war I.  Heavy long leather jackets quickly became popular with tight snug cuffs around the writs, tight fit around the waists, and high collars to help protect from the cold.  These are the design principles that are at the core of what today we commonly think of as a flight jacket or bomber jacket.

At the end of world war I, the US army created the Aviation Clothing Board and started distributing these heavy leather jackets.

By the time World War II broke out, the US Air Corp was distributing the A-2 Bomber Jacket.  The Navy and Marine Corp were issued a similar jacket that became known as the G-1.

As aircraft technology developed throughout the war, airplanes were now flying at much higher altitudes and much higher speeds.  Temperatures inside these planes – often flying with open doors – plummeted!    And the stylish bomber jackets started to give way to a much warmer jacket with a lining of wool or fur.  These new jackets were popularized by the B3 Bomber Flight Jacket, a large wool and fur lined jacket with large cargo pockets.

Ground personnel and flight crews quickly adopted the pilot’s B3 Bomber Jacket and the new B7 Flight Jacket became the instant rage.

A decade later introduced the new age of the jet with its enclosed compartments and more attention needed to be paid to the warmth, comfort, and safety of the pilots.  The B-15 Flight Jacket was designed out of nylon and other synthetic materials to keep the pilot both warm and dry.  The lighter weight and more flexible comfort was also appreciated.  As jet technology continued to develop, the MA-1 jacket removed the fur collars because they interfered with the harness of the pilot’s parachute.  Today, you can often find both the B-15 and the Leather MA1 Flight Jackets with and without the fur collars.

A classic flight jacket or bomber jacket is consider a both a stylish and practical piece of clothing.  Suitable for a night out on the town or a practical outdoor excursion – and should be in every man’s closet.

Best Registry Cleaner for Maximum PC Performance

Registry cleaner tools are a dime a dozen nowadays with many different companies all claiming their software to be “the best”… but how can you tell which registry cleaner is going to help you the most? How can you tell which one is going to speed up your PC and clean out the most errors?

Although there are so many registry cleaners out there, they have all been programmed to do the same job as each other – to clean out a part of your computer called the “registry”. The registry is one of the most important and frequently used parts of Windows, as it is the core database which holds all the settings and options for your PC. Everything from your latest emails to your desktop icons are stored in this database, allowing XP to “remember” a lot of different things for your computer.

The best registry cleaner is one which actually takes the time to scan your computer properly, identifying and destroying the largest errors it could find. This is what’s known as a deep scan and the deeper the scan, the better the registry cleaner as far as being able to speed up your PC and stop errors is concerned.

Unfortunately, many low quality registry cleaners actually go through the registry and pick out many of these important system files as the ones they want to remove! This causes untold damage, which is why we always stick to using a handful of the best XP registry cleaners.

Because Windows is constantly using 100′s of registry files, your PC is forever getting confused and saving them in the wrong way. This makes them hard for it to read, making your computer have to spend longer trying to work out what they are saying, slowing it down and causing errors. To fix this problem, you need to use a registry cleaner… but you need to be sure it’s one you can rely on.

These are created by professional developers who know exactly how to make the safest and most effective registry tools for your system, who also have the time and resources to be able to constantly update and tweak their software. The best of these is one called RegAce, which is actually one of the most popular in the market.

Personality tests

A favorite pastime is to understand oneself and other persons. And it is often much harder to understand oneself!

One instrument that may make it easier are personality tests.

A personality test aspires to describe aspects of a person’s character that remain stable throughout that person’s life-time, the individual’s character pattern of behavior, ideas, and feelings.

Already the old Greeks…

An early model of personality was posited by Greek philosopher/physician Hippocrates.

His theory divided personalities into four groups sanguinic, phlegmatic, choleric and melancholic

Modern tests

The 20th century heralded a new interest in defining and identifying distinct personality types, in close correlation with the emergence of the subject of psychology. As such, several different tests emerged; some attempt to discover specific characteristics, while others attempt to identify personality as a whole.

There are many different types of personality tests. Common personality tests consist of a large number of statements, where respondents must grade the applicability of each item to themselves.

Projective tests, such as the TAT and ink blot tests are another form of personality test which attempt to evaluate personality indirectly.

Scoring

Personality tests can be scored using a dimensional, where different aspects of personality ar rated on scales, or a typological, where each aspect is placed either in one type or in another, approach.

Dimensional approaches such as the Big 5 describe personality as a set of continuous dimensions on which individuals differ.

Typological approaches such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator describe opposing categories of functioning where individuals differ. Normative responses for each category can be graphed as bell curves (normal curves), implying that some aspects of personality are better than others.

Ipsative test responses offer two equally “good” responses between which an individual must choose. Such responses (e.g., on the MBTI) would result in bi-modal graphs for each category, rather than bell curves.

Personality tests such as the Strength Deployment Inventory (r), which assesses motivation, or purpose, of behavior, rather than the behavior itself, combine a dimensional and typological approach as described here. Three continuums of motivation are combined to yield 7 distinct types.

Many, but by no means all, psychological researchers believe that the dimensional approach is more accurate, although as judged by the popularity of the Myers-Briggs tool, typological approaches have substantial appeal as a self-development tool.

Few personality tests accurately predict behavior in a specific context. For example, with some of the five factor model tests, only one of the five factors is significantly correlated with job performance.

Emotive tests can become prey to unreliable results as most people strive to pick the answer they feel the best fitting of an ideal character and therefore not their personal response.

Test evaluation

There are several criteria for evaluating a personality test. Fundamentally, a personality test is expected to demonstrate reliability (produce similar results when a person takes the test again) and validity (the results show what they claim to show).

Criticism and controversy

Biased test taker interpretation

One problem of a personality test is that the users of the test could only find it accurate because of the subjective validation involved. This is where the person only acknowledges the information that applies to them. This is related to what is called in psychology as the Forer effect.

Personality versus social factors

In the 60s and 70s some psychologists dismissed the whole idea of personality, considering much behaviour to be content specific. This idea was supported by the fact that personality often does not predict behaviour in specific contexts. However, more extensive research has showed than when behaviour is aggregated across contexts, that personality can be a modest to good predictor of behaviour. Almost all psychologists now acknowledge that both social and individual difference factors (i.e., personality) influence behaviour. The debate is currently more around the relative importance of each of these factors and how these factors interact.

Respondent faking

One problem with self-report measures of personality is that respondents are often able to distort their responses. This is particularly problematic in employment contexts and other contexts where important decisions are being made and there is an incentive to present oneself in a favourable manner. Work in experimental settings (e.g., Viswesvaran & Ones, 1999; Martin, Bowen & Hunt, 2002) has clearly shown that when student samples have been asked to deliberately fake on a personality test, they clearly demonstrated that they are capable of doing so.

Several strategies have been adopted for reducing respondent faking. One strategy involves providing a warning on the test that methods exist for detecting faking and that detection will result in negative consequences for the respondent (e.g., not being considered for the job). Forced choice item formats (ipsative testing) have been adopted which require respondents to choose between alternatives of equal social desirability. Social desirability and lie scales are often included which detect certain patterns of responses, although these are often confounded by true variability in social desirability. More recently, Item Response Theory approaches have been adopted with some success in identifying item response profiles that flag fakers. Other researchers are looking at the timing of responses on electronically administered tests to assess faking.

Psychological Research

Personality testing is frequently used in psychological research to test various theories of personality.

Research published by David Dunning of Cornell University, Chip Heath of Stanford University and Jerry M. Suls of the University of Iowa reveals that observers who are not involved in any type of relationship with an individual are better judges of the individual’s relationships and abilities. These workers have studied a large body of investigations into self-evaluation, indicating that individuals may have flawed views about themselves and their social relationships, sometimes leading to decisions that can impact negatively on other persons’ lives and/or their own.

Additional applications

A study by American Management Association reveals that 39 percent of companies surveyed use personality testing as part of their hiring process. However, ipsative personality tests are often misused in recruitment and selection, where they are mistakenly treated as if they are normative measures.[1] More people are using personality testing to evaluate their business partners, their dates and their spouses. Salespeople are using personality testing to better understand the needs of their customers and to gain a competitive edge in the closing of deals. College students have started to use personality testing to evaluate their roommates. Lawyers are beginning to use personality testing for criminal behavior analysis, litigation profiling, witness examination and jury selection.

Dangers of using personality tests

It is easy for personality test participants to become complacent about their own personal uniqueness and instead become dependent on the decription associated with them. This can be potentially dangerous with persons who are already suffering from a form of identity disorder or may be a catalyst to instigate particular behaviours in a person who was previously believed to be of sound mental health.

Examples of personality tests

    * The Rorschach inkblot test was introduced in 1921 as a way to determine personality by the interpretation of abstract inkblots.

    * Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a 16-type indicator based on Carl Jung’s Psychological Types, developed during World War II by Isabel Myers and Katherine Briggs.

    * Keirsey Temperament Sorter developed by David Keirsey is influenced by Isabel Myers sixteen types and Ernest Kretschmer’s four types.

    * The 16PF Questionnaire (16PF) was developed by Raymond Cattell and his colleagues in the 1940′s and 1950′s in a search to try to discover the basic traits of human personality using scientific methodology. The test was first published in 1949, and is now in its 5th edition, published in 1994. It is used in a wide variety of settings for individual and marital counseling, career counseling and employee development, in educational settings, and for basic research.

     * The Strength Deployment Inventory, developed by Elias Porter, Ph.D. in 1971 and is based on his theory of Relationship Awareness. Porter was the first known psychometrician to use colors (Red, Green and Blue) as shortcuts to communicate the results of a personality test.

A festive luau is a perfect first night meal after arriving to the islands upon your Hawaii honeymoon cruise!
